A neighborhood compatibility meeting will be held at 2 p.m. Nov. 2 to get feedback from the public on the proposed project, called the Washburn Tract Development.
It will be held via Zoom and in person in the assembly room of the City Operations Center at 305 Williams St.
Applicant John Kinnaird with Brooks Engineering has asked to rezone 161 acres from Planned Residential Development to Planned Residential Development Conditional Zoning District.
